Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group invites applications for a Food & Beverage Management Intern position at art’otel Amsterdam starting October 2026. You will work closely with the F&B leadership team during a peak season, gaining hands-on experience in event planning, operations, and guest experiences.

The role is full-time for at least 5 months, aligned with study requirements, with an internship allowance of €750 per month and expense coverage.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Hospitality/Events management program.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Eligible to complete internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of major seasonal events such as ADE, Christmas, NYE.
• Assist leadership in operational delivery of restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events.
• Coordinate event logistics, timelines, supplier communication.
• Collaborate with ARCA Restaurant & Bar teams for event delivery.
• Support guest communications, reservations, VIP experiences, and inquiries.
• Monitor event quality and identify opportunities to improve guest satisfaction.
