Job summary
A dynamic hotel group in Amsterdam is looking for a Groups, Meetings & Events Intern starting in May or July 2026 for a duration of 6–10 months. This internship offers a €750 allowance and involves supporting the GM&E team across multiple hotels with event planning, coordination, and client communication. Strong verbal and written communication in English and Dutch is required. This is a full-time position, expected to work 38 hours per week.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Hotel or Hospitality Management.
Available to work up to 38 hours per week for a minimum of six months.
Enrolled in a university during the entire internship period.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordination of meetings, group stays, and events.
Support the GM&E team with daily administrative tasks and client communication.
Liaise with operational departments to ensure successful event execution.
Manage follow-up processes related to events and group bookings.
Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
