Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe and Americas is seeking a Groups & Events Reservation Agent in Amsterdam to handle incoming requests for groups and events in a timely, professional manner. You will identify customer needs, tailor solutions, check availability, allocate bookings per revenue strategies, and advise customers by phone and email, collaborating with Sales and Banqueting to ensure seamless service.

• Handle incoming reservation requests for groups and events in a timely and professional manner.
• Proactively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Check hotel availability and allocate bookings in line with revenue management strategies.
• Advise customers via phone and email, gather requirements, and create customized offers.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, and Banqueting teams to ensure seamless service.
