Job summary

Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel is seeking a Groups, Meetings & Events Specialist to manage corporate group and local catering inquiries from inquiry through execution.

You will be the go-to contact for clients and vendors, turning requests into opportunities, and coordinating with operations to ensure a seamless guest experience. English is essential; Dutch is a plus, with a hospitality mindset and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in events and a passion for hospitality and lifestyle.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• English language skills; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries for corporate groups and meetings from inquiry to execution.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, vendors and event planners by phone and email.
• Maximize event space usage and guest satisfaction while coordinating with teams.
• Ensure flawless event journeys by detailing and coordinating logistics.
