Taskify is searching for an innovative and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to join the team of one of our leading global tech and food delivery clients. About the Role: As a Senior Marketing Manager for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to drive growth, user acquisition, and brand loyalty. You will lead campaigns from conception to execution, leveraging a mix of channels to reach target audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, PR, offline).
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve KPIs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and insights.
• Collaborate closely with product, sales, and analytics teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance data, provide actionable insights, and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with a significant portion in a senior-level role.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drove measurable results.
• Experience in the e-commerce, tech, food delivery, or consumer-facing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, social, display, app marketing).
• Excellent analytical skills, comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
