Job summary

Destinus seeks a Director of Accounting & Controlling to own the group financial reporting, IFRS/GAAP compliance, and scalable controls across multiple countries and legal entities. The role reports to the CFO and drives execution in a distributed finance organization.

You will lead the accounting policies, consolidation, and audit readiness while partnering with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Operations to align forecasts and budgets with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive IFRS and local GAAP knowledge across European jurisdictions.
