Qualifications

• Опыт 5+ лет в графическом/визуальном дизайне, предпочтительно в B2C, цифровом формате или на больших масштабах.
• Портфолио с примерами типографики, компоновки, цвета и визуального сторителлинга.
• Опыт работы с дизайн-системами, шаблонами и масштабируемыми креативными рамками.
• Знание принципов Design Ops, оптимизация рабочих процессов и взаимодействие с командами.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality visual design execution across campaigns, CRM, in-app, landing pages, and other digital touchpoints;
• Own and evolve brand systems for local and global campaigns;
• Drive scalable design solutions through templates, modular systems, and reusable components;
• Partner with marketing and growth teams to translate business goals into creative concepts;
• Contribute to Design Ops by improving workflows, documentation, and collaboration;
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve productivity and creative exploration;
• Explore and implement automation for scalable asset creation, including bulk generation, localization, and personalization;
• Provide art direction and mentorship across the team;
• Collaborate with product designers, copywriters, and marketers to deliver cohesive experiences;
• Monitor design and technology trends and introduce ideas to improve creative output and team efficiency.

Требования:

• 5+ Years of experience in graphic or visual design, preferably in B2C, digital-first, or high-scale environments;
• Outstanding design craft demonstrated through a portfolio covering typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling;
• Experience with design systems, templates, and scalable creative frameworks;
• Familiarity with Design Ops principles, workflow optimization, and cross-team collaboration;
• Strong understanding of AI tools for design and their use in production workflows;
• Experience or strong interest in automation for creative production;
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, and modern tools such as Figma;
• Solid understanding of motion design principles;
• Ability to balance speed and quality in fast-paced, high-volume environments;
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders;
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and engineering;
• Proactive mindset with ability to identify opportunities and drive improvements independently;
• Nice to have: experience in travel, e-commerce, or marketplace platforms, familiarity with creative automation tools, experience working in global teams and multi-market localization.
