Qualifications

• Опыт работы старшим визуальным дизайнером, цифровым арт-директором или гибридным UI/Motion дизайнером в агентстве.
• Портфолио демонстрирует выдающийся визуальный дизайн, внимание к деталям, современную типографику и цифровое мастерство.
• Наличие навыков моушн-дизайна: короткие видео, анимация или интерактивные активы.
• Опыт создания интерактивных прототипов в Figma или аналогичных инструментах.
• Хорошее понимание цифрового контент-мэппинга для paid media, CRM и веб-опыта.
• Желательно: знакомство с T1–T4 активами кампаний и их ролью в пути клиента.

Responsibilities

• Возглавлять визуальный дизайн и арт-дирекцию в цифровых кампаниях, на платформах e-commerce и контент‑опытам.
• Управлять движением проекта: создание коротких видео, динамичного контента, анимаций и амбиент‑motion.
• Строить интерактивные прототипы для демонстрации потоков кампании и пользовательских взаимодействий.
• Сотрудничать с UX‑дизайнерами для связи сторителлинга бренда с путём пользователя.
• Презентовать концепции клиентам и доносить идеи до стейкхолдеров.
• Соблюдать гайдлайны бренда клиента и повышать качество креатива.
• Интегрировать AI‑инструменты и продвинутые рабочие процессы в повседневную практику дизайна.
• Работать эффективно в быстрой, совместной агентской среде.
• Контролировать финальные delivery и обеспечить высокое качество дизайна и реализации.

• Lead, execute, and deliver visual design and art direction across digital campaigns, e-commerce platforms, and content-driven experiences
• Own the motion landscape for projects by creating short-form video, dynamic social content, animated assets, and ambient motion
• Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate campaign flows, content hierarchies, and user interactions
• Collaborate with UX designers to connect brand storytelling with functional user journeys
• Present and articulate creative concepts to client stakeholders
• Apply client brand guidelines while improving creative quality when appropriate
• Integrate AI-enabled creative tools and advanced workflows into daily design practice
• Work effectively in a fast-moving, collaborative agency environment
• Own final delivery and ensure high quality in design and implementation

Требования

• Proven experience as a Senior Visual Designer, Digital Art Director, or hybrid UI/Motion Designer in a fast-paced agency environment
• An elite portfolio demonstrating strong visual design execution, attention to detail, modern typography, layout, and digital craft
• Demonstrated motion design capability with work featuring short-form video, animation, or interactive digital assets
• Hands-on experience creating interactive prototypes with Figma or similar tools
• Strong understanding of digital content mapping across paid media, CRM, and web experiences
• Nice to have: familiarity with T1-T4 digital campaign assets and their role across different stages of the customer journey
