Job summary

Resumedia ищет дизайнера продуктов с опытом создания реальных потоков и интерфейсов. Ваша работа будет направлена на улучшение конверсии, исследование пользовательского опыта и создание масштабируемых компонентов в рамках глобальной маркетинговой и продуктовой стратегии.

Обязанности включают прототипирование, работу с данными и сотрудничество с кросс‑функциональными командами для обеспечения единообразия бренда и UX в 26+ рынках.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет дизайна продуктов с реальными релизами.
• Портфолио с готовыми пользовательскими потоками.
• Опыт проектирования для конверсии и анализа A/B тестов.
• Умение создавать масштабируемые компоненты и дизайн-системы.
• Владение Figma, HTML и CSS.
• Понимание поведенческой психологии и снижения трения.

Responsibilities

Resumedia is a B2C SaaS company behind brands such as Jobseeker.com and CV.nl. It provides localized, user-friendly, AI-powered tools that help job seekers create CVs and navigate their job search across 190 countries.

Задачи:

• Build intuitive product flows and interfaces


• Design product experiences based on data, research, and user feedback


• Use behavioral science and conversion data to reduce friction across the customer journey


• Co-create with product and development from initial ideas through shipped features


• Build components for marketing pages directly in code using AI tools such as Claude Code


• Collaborate with development to ensure shipped designs match the intended designs pixel by pixel


• Create and improve marketing pages and content for maximum conversion


• Maintain consistency across product, marketing, brand, channels, and markets


• Turn product ideas into working designs that people enjoy using


• Make a complex product feel effortless


• Design registration, trial, and subscription experiences to improve conversion


• Support product and growth by protecting the visual identity across all touchpoints


• Own design across product, marketing, and brand in 26+ languages


• Build scalable components and design systems across 26+ markets


• Prototype in HTML and CSS


• Use AI daily to design, prototype, and learn faster


• Deliver live designs that improve performance metrics

Требования:

• 5+ Years of product design experience


• Portfolio showing shipped user flows, not only Dribbble shots


• Experience designing for conversion and reading A/B test results


• Ability to build scalable components and design systems


• Proficiency in Figma, HTML, and CSS


• Understanding of behavioral science and user hesitation, clicks, and drop-off


• Strong collaboration skills with product, development, and growth


• AI fluency and curiosity


• Nice to have: Experience in a B2C subscription business, experience with AI tools such as Claude Code
