Job summary

BONO ищет дизайнера для разработки визуальных концепций и материалов для ускоренного тестирования в рамках множества рынков. В обязанности входят создание креативов для веб-магазинов, email-дизайна и материалов для частной марки.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

BONO is a fast-growing Dutch e-commerce company that sells over 50 supplement brands through 15 owned webshops across 21 countries. It ships more than 2,000 packages daily and is launching its own supplement brand, with a goal of becoming the world's one-stop shop for nutritional supplements.

Задачи

• Design D2C ads based on Creative Strategist briefings, developing concepts and producing variants for the testing pipeline;
• Design campaign banners for homepages, PDPs, carts, and announcement bars across 15 markets;
• Create images and visuals for webshops, with optional video production;
• Create email designs for newsletters and flows together with the CRM team;
• Produce visuals for the private-label brand, from product imagery to launch campaigns;
• Select, edit, and optimize product and lifestyle images;
• Quickly turn briefs into multiple design directions;
• Maintain and further develop the BONO visual identity and design systems with the Head of Design and fellow designer.

Требования

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a designer, in-house or at an agency;
• Have a portfolio featuring e-commerce or consumer brand work;
• Be an expert in Figma and strong in Adobe Photoshop;
• Produce high output across multiple markets without compromising quality;
• Understand the difference between attractive and converting design and deliver both;
• Actively use AI at work to create concepts and variants faster;
• Match an AI-first, fast-paced way of working and take ownership of personal planning and deadlines;
• Live near Amsterdam or be willing to travel to Oostzaan daily;
• Nice to have: experience with Weave or comparable AI design tools, motion design or video.
