Job summary

Вы будете отвечать за дизайн на уровне продукта, маркетинга и бренда в 26+ рынках, работать с данными и A/B тестами, и добиваться конверсий. В должность входит создание компонентов и дизайн-систем, ежедневное применение ИИ в работе и тесное сотрудничество с командами разработки и роста.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в дизайне продуктов
• Портфолио с готовыми пользовательскими потоками
• Умение вести дизайн на 26+ рынках
• Использование конверсионных данных и A/B тестов
• Масштабируемые компоненты и системы дизайна
• Знание Figma, HTML и CSS
• Сильные навыки взаимодействия в команде
• Ежедневное использование ИИ в дизайне
• Понимание поведенческих факторов и UX-перехватов

Responsibilities

Resumedia is a B2C SaaS company behind brands including Jobseeker.com and CV.nl. It provides localized, user-friendly, AI-powered tools that help job seekers navigate the full job search process, serving 250,000 users in 190 countries everyday.

Задачи:

• Build intuitive product flows and interfaces
• Design product experiences using data, research, and user feedback
• Apply behavioral science to remove friction from the customer journey
• Co-create with product and development teams from initial ideas through shipped features
• Build components for marketing pages directly in code using HTML, CSS, and AI tools
• Collaborate with development to ensure shipped implementations match the designs
• Create and improve marketing pages and content for maximum conversion
• Maintain consistent visual identity across channels, products, and markets
• Turn product ideas into working designs that users enjoy
• Make a complex product feel effortless to use
• Design registration, trial, and subscription experiences for conversion
• Support product and growth by protecting brand consistency.

Требования:

• 5+ Years of product design experience
• Experience ideally in a B2C subscription business
• Portfolio showing shipped user flows, not only Dribbble shots
• Ability to take full design ownership across product, marketing, and brand in 26+ languages
• Ability to use conversion data and interpret A/B test results
• Ability to build scalable components and design systems across 26+ markets
• Proficiency in Figma, HTML, and CSS
• Understanding of behavioral science and user hesitation, clicks, and drop-off
• Strong collaboration skills with product, development, and growth teams
• Daily use of AI for design, prototyping, and learning
• Nice to have: Experience with AI tools such as Claude Code.
