Job summary

The Grant and MEL Operations Manager at GOGLA will join a dynamic, international team to support grant delivery, MEL integration, and donor reporting. The role collaborates with project and technical teams to build robust grant management systems and ensure compliance with donor and contractual requirements.

You will drive data capture, reporting, and organisational learning across GOGLA, with an emphasis on efficiency and quality, while maintaining alignment with GOGLA’s mission and strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international development or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in development/non-profit with grant administration and MEL experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and online management systems.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative evaluation and data integration.
• Excellent English language communication; second language (e.g., French) an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a diverse, remote team.
• High attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Passion for GOGLA's mission and energy access.
• Eligible to live and work in Netherlands or Kenya.

Responsibilities

• Support grant applications by coordinating inputs from GOGLA teams.
• Ensure adherence to fundraising processes and budgets.
• Assist project managers to deliver high-quality project reports.
• Develop and maintain grant management systems and policies.
• Coordinate MEL requirements across the organisation.
• Consolidate and improve data capture across teams for standardised MEL reporting.
• Facilitate an annual learning review with the management team.
• Provide training and feedback to the team on MEL systems.
