Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in grants management, preferably managing a high volume of subgrantees.
• Significant experience with subgrant closeout processes and compliance with financial and programmatic requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and logistical assistance to subgrantees for successful project implementation.
• Monitor subgrantees' progress and address any roadblocks.
• Lead the subgrant closeout process ensuring all obligations are met.
• Ensure accurate and timely finance and program reports from subgrantees.
• Compile and synthesize data for donor reports.
