Job summary

Rabobank is offering a graduation internship in Service Design and Conversational Customer Journeys in Utrecht. You will learn to turn customer insights into service concepts and prototypes, exploring how AI-assisted guidance could support customers through bereavement journeys.

You will collaborate with designers, researchers and business stakeholders in Chapter Design, with a 36-hour week and a hybrid work option, starting February and running until June or July, with exact dates to be agreed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Service Design or a related field.
• Interest in human-centered design and customer insights.
• Ability to translate research into concepts and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Research emotional and practical needs of customers and heirs during bereavement journeys.
• Apply service design, qualitative research, journey mapping, prototyping and usability testing.
• Create and validate a future vision with customer journeys and prototypes.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers and stakeholders within Chapter Design.
