Job summary

Rabobank offers a Graduation Internship in Service Design focused on conversational customer journeys. You will collaborate with designers, researchers and stakeholders in Chapter Design, exploring AI-assisted guidance and human-centered bereavement journeys.

The role is 36 hours per week with hybrid work from Utrecht Croeselaan campus, starting February and running into June/July. You will learn to turn research into customer journeys and prototypes, test ideas with users, and present

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Service Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Centred Design or a related field.
• Enjoy exploring complex challenges and turning insights into concepts and prototypes.
• Able to communicate findings clearly and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Research emotional and practical needs of customers and heirs through the bereavement journey.
• Identify opportunities and risks for conversational experiences in life-event journeys.
• Develop futures visions, customer journeys, concepts and prototypes.
• Validate concepts via user research and usability testing and share recommendations with stakeholders.
