Job summary

Progressive client in Breda seeks a Technical Operator for automated production lines in a GMP-regulated environment. You will operate, monitor, and optimize highly automated systems, while documenting data in SAP/MES and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

We value hands-on technicians with strong problem-solving skills, a structured approach, and the ability to work shifts in a highly controlled manufacturing setting. Prior experience in pharma or food-like industries is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production role, preferably in assembly and packaging processes.
• Experience in an automated production environment and GMP-regulated setting.
• Experience with SAP/MES systems and CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production equipment according to SOPs and GMP standards.
• Execute advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Adjust mechanical and parametrical settings to optimize machine performance.
• Collect, document, and verify production data in SAP/MES systems.
• Analyze process performance and address deviations as required.
• Maintain GMP documentation (batch records, logs) accurately.
• Participate in triage with QA, M&E, and Production teams.
• Perform setup and close-down activities; daily/weekly/monthly cleaning.
• Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective shift handovers and clear team communication.
