Job summary

SIRE Life Sciences currently seeks a Manufacturing Operator (GMP) to join a dynamic production team in the Netherlands. You will oversee automated lines, ensuring safe, compliant operation and supporting improvement through troubleshooting and process optimisation.

Key duties include equipment setup, changeovers, data entry in SAP/MES, and collaboration with Quality, Maintenance and Production teams. A GMP background and English communication are required. Shift rotations apply.

Qualifications

Technical education at MBO level or an equivalent qualification such as VAPRO B.
Experience in automated production, packaging, or process manufacturing.
Experience in GMP or other regulated manufacturing environments is desirable.
Knowledge of SAP, MES or comparable production software.

Responsibilities

Operate automated production and packaging equipment per GMP requirements and SOPs.
Prepare lines for operation with setups, changeovers, cleaning, and line clearance.
Investigate and resolve equipment faults to minimise downtime.
Fine‑tune machine settings to improve productivity and quality.
Record production data using SAP, MES, and related systems.
Complete batch records and equipment logs accurately.
Assist with deviation investigations and root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Quality to restore performance.
Drive continuous improvement with Lean principles to optimise processes.
Promote safety and clear communication during shift handovers.
