Oxford Global Resources is seeking a Facilities & Site Services Coordinator to support GMP-compliant site services in Leiden. You will coordinate providers, engage internal stakeholders including Quality and EHS, and ensure cleaning, security and related services meet standards.

The role emphasizes being the central contact, driving follow-ups, and improving ways of working in a fast-paced site setting with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Completed HBO/Bachelor in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in facilities management or site services.
• Experience in regulated environments (GMP preferred).
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor/contractor coordination.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch a plus.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and process improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate outsourced site services (GxP cleaning, security, pest control, waste services and related vendors).
• Act as day-to-day interface between internal stakeholders and external service providers.
• Monitor service performance and drive improvements (KPIs/SLAs, follow-up, reviews).
• Support compliance activities such as deviations, investigations, CAPAs, and procedure updates.
• Ensure contractor work aligns with safety and site requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to standardize processes.
