Real is looking for a Logistics Lead in Netherlands to oversee compliance and validation in logistics operations. The role includes ensuring adherence to GMP regulations and fostering a strong quality culture.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in GMP-regulated environments. Responsibilities involve managing quality systems, compliance audits, and operational excellence initiatives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is predominantly an on-site position with limited remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a GMP‑regulated manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Strong experience in quality systems, validation, or compliance within pharma/biotech.
• Good understanding of GMP regulations and multi‑authority requirements.
