Qualifications

• Experience in managing construction projects within a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong background in coordinating construction activities on site and with multiple contractors.
• Proven ability to manage safety, permits and LOTOTO procedures on complex projects.
• Experience with laboratory renovations or clean utilities is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and stakeholders in an operational pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate construction activities on site.
• Manage contractors, planning, quality, safety and construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, including work permits and LOTOTO procedures.
• Ensure construction activities are executed in accordance with project requirements and GMP/HSE standards.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, project managers and client stakeholders.
