Job summary

NX Filtration B.V. is seeking a Sales Manager India to drive regional growth by managing relationships with international water industry clients and expanding pilot projects.

You will generate leads, prepare proposals, and coordinate with order management, marketing, production, logistics and engineering to close contracts. The role requires experience in a sales-driven environment, strong CRM use (Salesforce), English fluency, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in a commercial or technical field.
• Experience in a sales-driven role.
• Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales.
• Strong time management skills due to the international nature of the role.
• English language proficiency; other languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with international clients.
• Prepares and submits proposals and quotations to customers.
• Coordinates sales activities across departments (order management, marketing, production, logistics, engineering).
• Attends trade fairs and prepares samples and promotional materials.
• Generates sales opportunities and leads and closes sales contracts.
