Job summary

Syntegon Technology GmbH in Weert is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Market Segments to drive commercial development for VFFS market segments. You will connect segment expertise with regional sales and Key Accounts to create new business opportunities.

You will act as a global ambassador, build networks, support training, and coordinate market activities across regions. 5–10 years in international B2B project sales is required; travel ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering with commercial training.
5–10 years’ experience in international B2B project sales, ideally in packaging or capital equipment.
Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Drive segment development in strategic regions with Regional Sales Organisation and agents.
Build and maintain networks within assigned segments across customers and partners.
Act as global spokesperson and commercial contact for assigned market segments.
Coordinate global Key Account activities and align with regional sales teams.
Identify and develop new customers, applications and market segments with potential.
