Syntegon Technology GmbH in Weert seeks an experienced Business Development Manager – Market Segments to drive commercial growth for VFFS market segments. You will connect segment insights with regional sales and Key Account Management to expand our market presence.

You will act as a global ambassador, building networks with customers and industry partners while coordinating activities across regions. A proactive, entrepreneurial profile is essential for this international role.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ experience in international B2B project sales, ideally in packaging or capital equipment.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages (German, French, Spanish or Dutch) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive segment development in strategic regions with Regional Sales Organisations and agents.
• Build and maintain networks with customers, Key Accounts, industry partners and stakeholders.
• Act as global spokesperson and commercial contact for assigned market segments within VFFS.
• Coordinate global Key Account activities and align with regional sales teams.
• Identify and develop new customers, applications and market segments with high potential.
• Support regional sales teams with segment-specific training, visits, insights and value propositions.
• Develop insights on customer needs, market trends and competitor activities.
• Support introduction and commercialization of new features and solutions in segments.
• Represent Syntegon and the VFFS portfolio at meetings, exhibitions and events.
