Job summary

Canon Production Printing in Venlo, the Netherlands, seeks a Learning Professional to design and implement a comprehensive training program for CPP products. You’ll collaborate with service specialists to identify learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions, delivering sessions to maintain high quality.

You’ll align methods with regional delivery capabilities, work closely with local trainers, and travel worldwide when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Learning & Development, Education or e.g., mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, intercultural and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel worldwide to Canon or customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Determine learning methods (video, e-learning, hands-on, or virtual classroom).
• Ensure program aligns with regional training approach and delivery capabilities.
• Ensure quality and relevance of training for service technicians and customer maintenance specialists.
• Deliver selected training sessions and develop ITC initiatives.
