Job summary

Octagon Professionals International is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to source and recruit technical professionals for EU institutions, government bodies, and international clients. You will manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through candidate submission to support high-quality placements and tender submissions.

The role requires strong English, 3+ years of recruitment experience, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in multinational/technical/public sector environments.
• Proficient in English with ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing technical professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.

Responsibilities

• Source technical professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and internal databases.
• Conduct screening interviews to assess technical skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients
• Prepare and submit high-quality candidate profiles for projects and tender submissions with EU institutions and agencies
• Conduct market research on technical skill availability, salary benchmarks, and recruitment trends
• Support recruitment activities across technical disciplines and international projects
• Help identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
