Job summary

GloPros, a Recruitment & Consulting company powered by an AI platform, invites you to own end-to-end hiring mandates for international accounts from intake to shortlist and client delivery. You will build pipelines with the recruitment team, screen candidates, and be the main contact for hiring managers across Europe and beyond.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, platform adoption, and growth opportunities within a fast-growing scale-up.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in 360 recruitment or client-facing delivery roles.
• Proven track record managing client accounts and delivering hiring mandates.
• Experience with international clients across Europe and beyond.
• Strong candidate screening and assessment skills.
• Comfortable sourcing directly when mandates need it.
• Familiarity with AI-driven or SaaS recruitment tools is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the mandate end-to-end: intake, requirement calls, shortlist, and client liaison.
• Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline with the recruitment team.
• Maintain primary contact with hiring managers across portfolios and ensure renewals.
• Source directly when the team needs hands-on support on a mandate.
• Flag growth opportunities to the Client Partner and drive client expansion.
• Drive adoption of the GloPros AI recruitment platform within client organizations.
• Collaborate with Head of Account Management on strategy and escalations.
• Provide market intelligence on tech hiring trends and candidate availability.
