Job summary

Philips in the Netherlands is seeking a Supply Chain Improvement Manager for the Service Parts Supply Chain (SPS). You will drive global process optimization by establishing and maintaining processes, systems and tools to support the Global Planning function in collaboration with IT, analytics and external partners.

You will lead improvements to inventory, material availability and on-time delivery, define and drive architecture for planning systems, and train planners on forecasting,

Qualifications

• Experience: 5 years in health tech supply chains with expertise in supply chain management and service parts planning.
• Strong understanding of forecasting and multi-echelon optimisation.
• Ability to lead change and drive improvements across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive global process optimization across the SPS and Global Planning teams.
• Define and implement process improvements to meet inventory and on-time-delivery targets.
• Own improvement activities and ensure timely delivery using lean methodologies.
• Define architecture and configuration for planning systems with IT and analytics.
• Lead or represent Global Planning in projects requiring planning system knowledge.
• Provide training to planners on forecasting and inventory optimisation principles.
