Job summary

CooperSurgical in the Netherlands seeks a Supply Chain Process Manager to define and optimize global processes within the Supply Chain CoE. You will build standardized workflows, deploy enabling tools, establish governance, and train teams to ensure consistent best practices across Planning, Sourcing, and Procurement.

The role partners with IT, Quality, Manufacturing, and analytics; you will drive performance through KPIs, dashboards, and Lean/Six Sigma approaches while fostering

Responsibilities

• Define and document standardized end‑to‑end supply chain processes across Planning, Sourcing and Procurement.
• Lead governance and ensure adoption of COE‑driven processes globally.
• Collaborate with IT, Analytics, and operations to deploy dashboards and KPIs.
• Coach teams and drive change management for new processes.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders and drive process design.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
