Job summary

Kienbaum Netherlands is partnering with an international high-tech electronics manufacturer to recruit a Global Supply Chain Director. You will own the global supply chain planning across the group, shaping demand planning, S&OP, production and capacity planning, and inventory strategy.

You will lead cross-site coordination, balance customer requirements with capacity and capital, and drive the development of master production scheduling and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Senior supply-chain leadership experience within an international, multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing S&OP, demand planning and production planning.
• Strong forecasting, inventory, lead times and capacity management capabilities.
• Experience leading across a matrix organisation with cross-company alignment.
• Experience with ERP systems and data-driven supply-chain management.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for global supply-chain planning quality and execution.
• Define and implement a consistent global approach to demand planning and S&OP.
• Lead capacity planning, production planning and supplier forecasting across sites.
• Balance customer requirements with capacity, inventory and working capital.
• Drive master production scheduling and stronger cross-site coordination.
