Job summary

NTS Group Eindhoven seeks a Supplier Development Manager – Mechanics to drive global supply chain excellence, focusing on QLTCS processes with strategic suppliers. You will audit, improve and align processes across sites.

Reporting to Global Sourcing Director, you will build relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, oversee audits, track KPIs, and contribute to cost competitiveness and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of strategic supply chain experience in high-tech environments.
• Proven experience leading QLTCS audits.
• Strong supplier development and risk management background.
• Hands-on with QLTCS KPIs and dashboarding.
• Experience with machining, assembly, and qualification is preferred.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the performance of our global supply chain, enabling better QLTCS performance.
• Assess and improve performance and processes of key suppliers.
• Drive supplier development programs focused on quality, capacity, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement a global way of working across sites to strengthen supply chain performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and strategic suppliers, up to executive level.
• Lead general, theme, and supplier onboarding audits within our global supply chain.
• Track supplier performance, monitor KPIs, and generate periodic reports to higher management.
