Job summary

Syneos Health Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Project Manager (CTL) to lead global clinical trials for sponsor partnerships. The role ensures GCP compliance, manages timelines and budgets, and acts as the main liaison between the customer and the company to guarantee successful study launches and closeouts.

The ideal candidate has a life sciences degree, extensive CRO experience, and proven skills in coordinating cross-functional teams across regions. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Prior experience leading global clinical trials.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management for global clinical trials and sponsor partnerships.
• Ensure timely study launch, conduct, and closeout in line with contractual agreements.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and TMF quality for assigned studies.
• Coordinate study conduct partners and monitor risk and contingency plans.
• Prepare project management reports for clients and management.
