Job summary

Mediq seeks an Operations Program Manager to lead a Europe-wide transformation of its Operations organization. You will convert strategy into an executable roadmap, manage the portfolio across 14 countries, and drive adoption through influence and cross-functional leadership.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to deliver measurable value in OPEX, working capital and customer service while maintaining strict governance and accountability across markets and sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven track record leading multi-country business transformations from strategy through execution.
• Experience delivering quantified financial and operational value.

Responsibilities

• Detail the Operations strategy into a sequenced transformation plan with outcomes and milestones.
• Own the full portfolio across 14 countries and translate priorities into roadmaps.
• Direct and hold senior leaders accountable without formal line authority.
• Drive measurable value in OPEX, working capital and customer service.
• Establish governance and rigorous decision-making across the organization.
