Job summary

Danone Netherlands seeks a Senior Engineering Manager for SNU Global to drive capital project definition, development, execution and start-up across factories. You will help evolve the Global SNU Engineering function, implement new tools and digitalization across sites.

You will lead the cluster strategy, coordinate project workloads, and ensure best practices in project preparation, execution and CAPEX reporting while developing teams on site. Hybrid work with travel up to 50% is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or relevant field
• 8–10 years of engineering experience
• 5+ years in engineering in CPG beverage/food manufacturing
• Experience with large-scale projects (>€25 Mio)
• Previous people management experience
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Responsibilities

• Contribute to CAR document prep ensuring best practices
• Challenge engineering solutions to maximize asset use and suggest improvements
• Support project execution, commissioning and startup; upskill teams
• Develop cluster Strat/Master plan for capacity, LTO, efficiency, obsolescence and digitalization
• Coordinate workload and debottleneck project prep and execution
• Ensure on-site teams follow standards and take corrective action
• Secure best-in-class project prep, execution and reporting
• Monitor market intelligence and new technologies
