Job summary

FrieslandCampina is seeking a CapEx engineering leader to guide production installations (product processing, filling & packaging) across global projects. You will define engineered solutions, drive standardization, and own deliverables from concept to handover within a multinational environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, collaboration across sites, and a safety‑first mindset, with international travel as needed. 200 annual leave hours and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Qualifications

• Broad experience in engineering design of production installations across process technology.
• Proven involvement in CapEx projects in a multinational or engineering firm.
• Hands‑on experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Safety‑first mindset and ability to work across disciplines, cultures, and geographies.
• Willingness to travel internationally for limited periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vision: act as global ambassador and owner of technical specifications for production installations across CapEx projects worldwide.
• Continuously improve engineering solutions; remove waste and drive standardization.
• Build and maintain a network of internal/external stakeholders to ensure fit‑for‑purpose solutions.
• Own the outcome: lead the processing scope of large CapEx projects from concept to handover.
