The position is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of capital projects in the Netherlands, leading a team to deliver large construction and infrastructural projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead capital projects (€150M+), ensuring targets are met.
2. Coordinate Project Managers and Subject Matter Experts.
3. Align with business partners on needs and priorities.
4. Plan and resource projects using internal and external capabilities.
5. Champion construction safety and compliance.
6. Manage employee performance and development.
7. Ensure flawless project execution.
8. Communicate with sponsors and key stakeholders.
9. Define project delivery strategies and tools.

Qualifications:

1. 13+ years experience with complex capital projects (€100M+) in GMP regulated environment.
2. Ability to translate business needs into engineering concepts.
3. Hands-on experience leading projects from concept to hand-over of the facility.
4. High technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
5. Skilled in leading remote and virtual teams.
6. Proven track record of collaborative partnerships.
7. Knowledge of Project Controls in cost and schedule.
8. Experience in regulated environments.
9. Skilled negotiator with contracting knowledge.
10. Excellent collaboration with Real Estate, Finance, and Facilities.
