Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement, supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing category strategies that deliver cost savings and improvements.
• Strong project management experience leading multi-stakeholder sourcing initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; ability to work across a matrix organization.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and ability to work with international/remote teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Ariba preferred.

• Develop and execute global, regional, and site-level category strategies.
• Lead sourcing projects and supplier performance programs end-to-end.
• Influence stakeholders across a global matrix organization.
• Deliver cost savings, supply continuity, supplier improvement, and sustainability objectives.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contracts, and reporting requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and engage senior stakeholders to achieve objectives.
• Manage RFIs, RFPs, and supplier contracts.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
