Job summary

MSD Netherlands in Boxmeer leads a global supply chain initiative and shapes integrated logistics across 26 manufacturing sites and 57 commercial operations. You will drive process standardization with internal teams and external contractors to improve performance and cost efficiency.

The role is a high-impact leadership position within the 3P/AS department, managing over $2.2B in working capital transactions and supervising three teams totaling 15+ professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Finance, or Supply Chain with 6+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple programs cross-functionally.
• Expert-level understanding of SAP/ATLAS; knowledge of WMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with manufacturing sites to gather requirements and translate into scalable process solutions.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to prioritize initiatives and align processes with strategy.
• Provide oversight on major enterprise projects and system implementations (WMS, TMS, S/4HANA).
• Monitor performance and risks; enable data-driven decisions at senior leadership level.
• Lead and empower three global supply chain teams totaling 15+ professionals.
