Job summary

TikTok is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the recruitment and development of TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs). You will shape policies, coordinate with internal and external teams, and drive resource allocation to support partner growth.

The role requires 5+ years in project management or eCommerce partnerships, with strong English and Vietnamese language skills and proven negotiation ability. Based at local merchant sites, you will help expand a secure, innovative commerce platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above is required.
• 5+ years in project management, merchant acquisition, vendor management, procurement, or eCommerce partnerships.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is essential.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute TikTok Shop Partners (TSPs) recruitment and development.
• Formulate policies for TSPs and support their growth.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to secure resources for TSP growth.
• Provide ongoing training to TSPs to improve performance.
