Job summary

Thales is seeking a Customer Project Manager to lead Services Projects within the Segment Services. You will ensure delivery on time, budget, and requirements while coordinating stakeholders across the Thales organization.

You will manage contracts, drive reviews and contribute to the Services product roadmap, with a focus on performance and customer satisfaction. A hybrid work setup is supported, with collaboration across international teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading (complex) projects in a technical environment.
• Ability to oversee multi‑task situations and coordinate across teams.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up and execute Services Projects within time, budget and requirements constraints.
• Own the contract with reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Contribute to reviews, evaluations and Services road map activities.
