Job summary

Action is a fast-growing non-food discounter, hiring a Technology Project Manager to drive strategic tech initiatives from idea to implementation. You will own projects, manage scope, budget, and risks, and ensure business value while coordinating across international stakeholders.

In a fast-paced environment, you will lead delivery, enable adoption, and report progress to sponsors and steering committees, with strong emphasis on collaboration between Business and Technology teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent level of education.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex technology projects or programs.
• Proven track record delivering business-critical initiatives, preferably in international organisations.
• Experience with project budgets >€1 million.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels.
• Experience budgeting, risks, dependencies and delivery teams.
• Knowledge of traditional PM methodologies and Agile.
• Excellent English communication; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience in retail and SAP environments is an advantage.

• Challenge status quo and improve ways of working.
