Project Management Office (PMO) Specialist Primavera

For our client, Thales, we are looking for 2 Project Management Office (PMO) specialists in Primavera (ZZP basis)

(1 medior position with a minimum of 3 years of experience & 1 senior position with minimum of 5 years of relevant experience)

Available: 32 hours (minimum) - 40 hours weekly

Duration: 1 April 2025 - 30 September 2025 (extension might be possible)

About the team

The Project Management Office (PMO) provides resources, support, knowledge, and coaching to the project management team to ensure better performance along the project lifecycle. It is the backbone of the bids & projects department, responsible for setting up, maintaining, and improving an efficient management system across the portfolio, enabling smooth and professional project execution.

About your future job

Thales Huizen organization is looking for a PMO specialist to join our business unit “secure communications and information systems,” delivering high-tech equipment to our military customers around the globe. Within this role, you will act on one or multiple projects, supporting project governance, standardization, and execution. In addition to being responsible for schedule accuracy, you will track risks, cost variances, and other KPIs that will aid transparency on project progress.

The main tasks are:

• Implement Primavera to Thales standards
• Support current PMO team in complex projects
• Transfer knowledge to the current team and new colleagues

About you

• Completed a Bachelor;
• Medior position requires minimum 3 years of experience & the senior position requires minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Soft/interpersonal skills and a team player;
• Experience with implementing Oracle Primavera;
• Experience with change and stakeholder management;
• Proactive, accurate, analytical, and solution-oriented;
• Strong communication skills in English. Dutch is a plus;
• Preferably IPMA D (or other) certified.
