Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Service Tooling Consultant to shape and enhance the tooling landscape for Life Cycle Services globally. You will collaborate with Product Management, Process Owners and partners to design, govern, and evolve critical platforms like IBM Maximo and JD Edwards.

You will own roadmaps, manage releases, analyze business requirements, and drive continuous improvements to support operational excellence and continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years in IT product/service management or related field.
• Masters degree in IT, business, engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with large-scale service tooling or enterprise platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Service Tooling platforms, aligning with business goals.
• Develop roadmaps and release plans for tooling capabilities.
• Translate requirements into scalable design for Life Cycle Services.
• Drive delivery and continuous improvement of tooling across sites.
• Manage full release lifecycle from planning to adoption.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and stability.
• Support TSA framework to ensure business continuity.
