Vanderlande Industries B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a Service Tooling Consultant to shape and govern Service Tooling platforms, including IBM Maximo, across the Life Cycle Services organization.

You will own the tooling roadmap, translate business requirements into scalable designs, manage release cycles from planning to adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders in a multinational setting. Travel 10–20% is expected.

During this transition phase, parts of our recruitment activities and communication may still be conducted via legacy company systems and email domains.* ## At a glanceAs a **Service Tooling Consultant**, you will play a key role in shaping and continuously improving the Service Tooling landscape that supports the global Life Cycle Services organization across Toyota Automated Logistics and Vanderlande. Working closely with Product Management, Process Owners, Business Stakeholders, and development partners, you will drive the design, governance, and evolution of critical service platforms such as IBM Maximo and JD Edwards, ensuring operational excellence, business continuity, and long-term business value. ## Your Impact* Act as the solution owner for Service Tooling platforms, including IBM Maximo, ensuring effective governance and alignment with business objectives.* Develop and manage the Service Tooling roadmap, prioritizing capabilities that support strategic and operational goals.* Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable and standardized solution designs.* Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of tooling capabilities that enhance Life Cycle Services processes across Toyota Automated Logistics and Vanderlande.* Manage the complete Service Tooling release lifecycle, from planning and testing to deployment and adoption.* Support Service Excellence initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements.* Deliver Service Tooling activities within the framework of the Transitional Service Agreement (TSA), ensuring business continuity and operational stability. ## What makes you a great fit?* Several years of experience in IT product management, service management, process information management, or a related field.* Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo or a comparable Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platform.* Proven track record in managing solution roadmaps, releases, and continuous improvement initiatives.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into practical IT solutions.* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, ideally gained in multinational and matrix organizations.* Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.* Excellent English language skills and willingness to travel internationally (10-20%). **What you can look forward to?**This position offers a gross monthly salary range from €4.950,- up to € 6.600,- depending on your experience.
