Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Service Tooling Consultant to own and advance our Service Tooling platforms, including IBM Maximo, across Life Cycle Services worldwide. The role involves governance, roadmapping, and driving scalable IT solutions from Veghel, Netherlands to global operations.

You will collaborate with Product Management, process owners, and stakeholders to deliver continuous improvements and ensure business continuity, with travel 10–20%.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in IT product management, service management, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo or a comparable EAM platform.
• Proven track record in managing solution roadmaps, releases, and improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with business requirements translation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in multinational setups.

Responsibilities

• Act as the solution owner for Service Tooling platforms, including IBM Maximo.
• Develop and manage the Service Tooling roadmap and prioritize capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized designs.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of tooling across Life Cycle Services.
• Manage the Service Tooling release lifecycle from planning to adoption.
