Vanderlande Industries B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a Service Tooling Consultant to shape and govern Service Tooling platforms, including IBM Maximo, across the Life Cycle Services organization.

You will own the tooling roadmap, translate business requirements into scalable designs, manage release cycles from planning to adoption, and collaborate with stakeholders in a multinational setting. Travel 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Several years of IT product management or related fields.
• Hands-on with IBM Maximo or similar EAM.
• Experience roadmapping, releases, and improvements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management in multinational settings.
• Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering.
• Excellent English; willing to travel internationally (10-20%).

Responsibilities

• Own Service Tooling platform governance and roadmap.
• Gather and translate requirements into scalable designs.
• Lead release lifecycle planning, testing, deployment, adoption.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Process Owners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure TSA framework alignment for business continuity and operational stability.
