Job summary

Mpac in Wijchen, Netherlands seeks a Project Manager Service to manage service and after-sales projects for customers worldwide. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This role links customers with internal teams and drives delivery excellence.

The position focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' project management experience in an international environment.
• Experience managing service, support, maintenance, or after-sales projects.
• Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience within machinery manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, or machine building is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Fluent English language skills; additional European languages would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage service and after-sales projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop project plans and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Monitor project scope, quality, timelines, and costs.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Track project financial performance and forecasts.
• Ensure customer requirements and contractual commitments are met.
• Drive continuous improvement within project and service delivery processes.
