Job summary

Mpac Group in Wijchen, Netherlands, seeks an experienced Project Manager Service to lead service and after-sales projects for customers worldwide. You will manage projects to meet deadlines, budgets, and the highest quality standards while coordinating cross-functional teams and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' project management experience in an international environment.
• Experience managing service, support, maintenance, or after-sales projects.
• Strong planning, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience within machinery manufacturing, industrial engineering, automation, or machine building is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Fluent English language skills; additional European languages would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage service and after-sales projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop project plans and monitor progress against key milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project execution.
• Act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Monitor project scope, quality, timelines, and costs.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Track project financial performance and forecasts.Ensure customer requirements and contractual commitments are met.
• Drive continuous improvement within project and service delivery processes.
