Job summary

MI-GSO | PCUBED Group in Amsterdam is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong PMO background to lead complex programs across high-tech sectors. You will oversee timelines, budgets, and scope while coordinating cross-functional teams in a regulated international environment.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience, proficiency in PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, and Lean Six Sigma, plus fluency in English and Dutch. We offer a hybrid work model, 30 vacation days, and a clear career path.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in high-tech environments.
• Expertise in PMO, project control processes, and common project management methodologies.
• Experience with KAIZEN, Lean Six Sigma, DMAIC, and optimizing logistics, ERP, order management, or production processes.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project.
• Excellent English and Dutch language skills.
• Strong analytical and structured approach; comfortable in regulated international environments.
• Team-oriented with strong communication in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead project timelines, budgets, and scope; coordinate activities and resources.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate transparently.
• Monitor budgets and financial progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks; ensure quality and safety standards.
• Apply PMBOK, PRINCE2, Scrum, and hybrid Waterfall + Agile approaches.
• Drive process improvements with Lean Six Sigma, KAIZEN, or DMAIC.
• Report KPIs, progress, and lessons learned; address deviations.
• Make timely decisions on escalations, scope changes, and deviations.
• Evaluate results and document lessons learned at project closure.
