Qualifications

• MBO+/HBO level education in relevant field.
• Experience in a technical project-based organization.
• Experience with international procurement and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Procure materials, components, and services for project execution.
• Place and follow up on purchase orders with international suppliers.
• Ensure prices, delivery times, and terms are stated on POs.
• Monitor delivery schedules and act on deviations.
• Process and follow up on order confirmations and documentation.
• Maintain Excel reports and trackers for procurement and logistics.
