HARMAN Lifestyle is seeking a Global Service Manager to lead service and spares operations across a multi-brand portfolio, headquartered in Eindhoven. The role focuses on end-to-end process design, partner management, and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality service delivery.

You will drive the service operations roadmap, oversee a global partner network, and manage end-to-end spares/reverse logistics while collaborating across product, engineering, and quality teams to embed

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in global service operations leadership and transformation.
• Proven track record of building and leading geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong proficiency with SAP and inventory management in service contexts.
• Experience shaping service operations roadmaps with data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead the global strategy and execution of service and spares operations across a multi-brand portfolio.
• Define and deliver the service operations roadmap with scalable, end-to-end processes.
• Oversee a global network of authorised service partners.
• Own the end-to-end spares and reverse logistics strategy including inventory and fulfilment.
• Collaborate with Sales and eCommerce to optimise returns and refurbishment opportunities.
• Manage budget, cost-to-serve, and profitability for service operations.
• Establish KPIs and SLAs, using data analytics to drive improvements.
• Lead transformation initiatives to standardise and automate global service operations.
• Build and develop a high-performing global organisation.
